Fourth Quarter 2020 Financial Highlights:
- Revenue: Total revenues for the fourth quarter were
$213.6 million , up 24% year-over-year. Subscription revenues for the fourth quarter were$160.4 million , up from$120.5 million one year ago, an increase of 33% year-over-year. - Operating Loss and Margin: Fourth quarter operating loss was
$11.0 million , compared to$145.0 million one year ago. Non-GAAP operating loss (see discussion of non-GAAP operating loss and margin measures below) was$4.7 million , compared to$18.5 million one year ago. For the fourth quarter, GAAP operating margin was (5)% and non-GAAP operating margin was (2)%. - Net Loss and Net Loss Per Share: Fourth quarter net loss was
$14.5 million , or$(0.03) per share, compared to$147.3 million , or$(0.35) per share in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2019. Full Year 2020 Financial Highlights:
- Revenue: Total revenues for the fiscal year ended
December 31, 2020 were$763.5 million , up from$591.2 million one year ago, an increase of 29% year-over-year. Subscription revenues were$575.4 million , up from$430.0 million one year ago, an increase of 34% year-over-year. - Operating Loss and Margin: Operating loss for the year was
$255.1 million , compared to operating loss of$994.1 million in 2019. Non-GAAP operating loss for the year was$29.6 million , compared to$49.5 million in fiscal 2019. For the fiscal year 2020, Operating margin was (33)% and non-GAAP operating margin was (4)%. - Net Loss and Net Loss Per Share: Fiscal year 2020 net loss was
$272.5 million , or$(0.64) per share, compared to$1,007.6 million in fiscal year 2019, or$(1.76) per share fromJanuary 23, 2019 throughDecember 31, 2019 .
